”I really like this product. My Labrador is dealing with some severe allergies. While we are trying to figure out how best to help her with food changes and medication, this cone has provided us with a great alternative to those horrible plastic cones.
The only thing that I didn't like about the product was that, because my dog is a giant silly beast, she managed to snap one of the plastic stays. This enabled her to chew her tail and parts of her legs again. However, within a day of contacting All Four Paws, a lovely customer service representative contacted me and the company was happy to send me replacement parts. She was very professional and very kind.
Comfy Cone is a great product, but the excellent customer service definitely goes a long way. Thanks!
